John M. Hark, born Hannibal, Missouri, October 24, 1970, is a partner with Curl, Hark and Holliday who has been recognized by his peers for his outstanding trial work, including being selected by the Missouri Bar as the recipient of the 2005 Lon O. Hocker Trial Lawyers Award. His practice includes plaintiff and defense experience in serious personal injuries, meaning that he has a complete understanding of how to achieve his clients' best interests. In addition to his trial work in both the State and Federal Courts, Mr. Hark has an extensive business law practice which includes preplanning, organization, management and succession planning.
